So for at least the past month or so I’ve been dealing with an ugly virus that hit my design site – Nifty Creations by Jodi. The worst part is, is that I have a MAC so was really unaware of any problem until someone told me. So this virus may have been on there a lot longer then I know of! When people with AVG would try to visit my Nifty Creations by Jodi site a warning would pop up that the site the thread was blocked and infected with the black hole exploit kit – lovely. Back in May I switched to WordPress and decided to go with Stone Alley Hosting as my site host. Since being with her I have had no problems. I decided about a month ago (January 2012) to go from blogger to Word press and decided to use Stone Alley. It went SOO smoothly! She made it very easy transition. It was done in two days and I love it. Since I got on word press any questions I had she answered almost immediately. She is patiently teaching me stuff that I can do on my new site. She will tell me step by step how to add stuff that I personally want to add and offers to do it for me first because she is just that helpful. If there is a problem she is right on top of it. She emails us if she is aware of a problem, if she can’t get it fixed right away, and working on getting it fixed (this happens rarely).
I would recommend her to anyone! She is great to work with and easy to talk to!

“I started using Stone Alley 4 WP web hosting 6 months ago after getting incredibly poor service with another company. I panicked, nothing was working on my blog! I posted a few questions on Facebook asking for help, and Becky stepped up to the plate. She solved my problems even though I was using another hosting company, working each step out with me. She also noticed some other issues on the site and fixed those for me. All of this done, with amazing communication, when a company I paid for would not!
At this time, I had no idea she had a site hosting company. When she told me she did, I immediately cancelled my other service and signed up for Stone Alley. I have not regretted that decision once.
